Yangtze Communications convened the 9^th meeting of the Fifth Board of Directors at the third floor meeting room on the morning of Apr. 28, 2010. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Xiong Ruizhong, the chairman of the board of the company. Through earnest deliberation of the directors present at the meeting, 22 motions like “Annual Report in 2009 of the Company”, “Annual Operation Report in 2009 of the Company” and “Annual Final Report in 2009 of the Company” etc. were adopted.
